Words in the Word

We must stay tuned up with Jesus and not rust.

We must wash and make ourselves clean.

We must climb out of the darkness and follow His light and shine for others to see.

We must watch ourselves, so that we do not lose what we have accomplished.

If we believe in him we will not remain in darkness.

We must pursue peace with everyone, and holiness, for without it we will not see the Lord.

What do we really gain here on earth without Jesus?

Life here on earth is meaningless without Jesus.

The enemy’s favorite tools in his toolbox are doubt, pride, hypocrisy, fear, and sin.

The scriptures tell us many will fall away, this is not about non believers!

Pray for a shield of armor of protection from flaming arrows from the enemy and false prophets, Christian experts and teachers that lean on their own understanding, they are everywhere!

We must pray for wisdom and guidance from the Holy Spirit each day and before we study the Bible so we don’t lean on your own understanding.

Do not reject God’s warnings or we could be subject to His wrath!
Yet He is a merciful God with love and forgiveness.

If we sin against a brother or sister and wound their conscience we sin against Christ.
If we attack, judge, gossip, or criticize another it is a sin, we have no right! We are attacking one of Gods creations-THEREFORE we are attacking God.

We must watch ourselves so we don’t lose what we have accomplished.

We must never think we are wise in our own eyes, if we do we are a fool in Gods eyes.

Just as the body without the Spirit is dead so is faith without works is dead.

We must pursue peace with everyone and holiness because without it we will never see the Lord.

We must follow Gods precepts and exhortations in the scriptures.

We must grow in sanctification and righteousness throughout our lives here on earth.

The Greatest book, the Bible is our operators, reference, instructions, and technical manual for life here on earth.®️

Gods precepts and exhortations;

Hebrews 12:14-15
Do Not Reject God’s Warning
14 Pursue peace with everyone, and holiness, for without it no one will see the Lord. 15 See to it that no one comes short of the grace of God, that no one be like a bitter root springing up and causing trouble, and through it many become defiled.

1 John 5:4
For whatever is born of God overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.

Proverbs 28:14
How blessed is the person who fears God always, But one who hardens his heart will fall into disaster.

John 12:40
He has blinded their eyes and He hardened their heart, so that they will not see with their eyes and understand with their heart, and be converted, and so I will not heal them.”

John 12:46
46 I have come as a light into the world, so that everyone who believes in me should not remain in darkness.

Acts 3:21
This one heaven must receive until the time all things are restored, which God declared from times long ago through his holy prophets.

Acts 7:49
Heaven is my throne, and earth is the footstool for my feetWhat kind of house will you build for me, says the Lord, or what is my resting place?”

Luke 12:25-26

25 and which of you by worrying can add a day to his life's span?

26 So if you cannot do such a very little thing as this, why do you worry about the rest?

Luke 11:24
Response to Jesus’ Work
When an unclean spirit goes out of a person, it passes through waterless places looking for rest but not finding any. Then it says, ‘I will return to the home I left.’

Ecclesiastes 1:1-4
Everything Is Meaningless
The words of the Teacher, son of David, king in Jerusalem:
“Meaningless! Meaningless!”
    says the Teacher.
“Utterly meaningless!
    Everything is meaningless.”
What do people gain from all their labors
at which they toil under the sun?
Generations come and generations go,
    but the earth remains forever.
(Without Jesus life is a waste, it’s meaningless)

Ecclesiastes 2:22
Painful Days and Restless Nights
What does a man acquire from all his labor and from the anxiety that accompanies his toil on earth?

Ecclesiastes 4:6
Better is one handful with some rest than two hands full of toil and chasing the wind.

Psalm 23:6
Surely your goodness and faithfulness will pursue me all my days, and I will live in the Lord’s house for the rest of my life.

Psalm 30:5
For his anger lasts only a brief moment, and his good favor restores one’s life. One may experience sorrow during the night, but joy arrives in the morning.

Psalm 80:3
O God, restore us. Smile on us. Then we will be delivered.

Colossians 2:23
These are matters which have, to be sure, the appearance of wisdom in self-made religion and self-abasement and severe treatment of the body, but are of no value against fleshly indulgence.

1 Corinthians 2: 12-16
And we have received God’s Spirit (not the world’s spirit), so we can know the wonderful things God has freely given us.
When we tell you these things, we do not use words that come from human wisdom. Instead, we speak words given to us by the Spirit, using the Spirit’s words to explain spiritual truths. But people who aren’t spiritual can’t receive these truths from God’s Spirit. It all sounds foolish to them and they can’t understand it, for only those who are spiritual can understand what the Spirit means.  Those who are spiritual can evaluate all things, but they themselves cannot be evaluated by others.  For,
“Who can know the Lord’s thoughts?
Who knows enough to teach him?”
But we understand these things. For we have the mind of Christ.

Joshua 11:20
20 For it was the Lord’s doing to harden their hearts that they should come against Israel in battle, in order that they should be utterly destroyed, and should receive no mercy but be exterminated, as the Lord commanded Moses.

Romans 15:4
For everything that was written in former times was written for our instruction, so that through endurance and through encouragement of the scriptures we may have hope.

James 2:5
Listen, my dear brothers and sisters, has not God chosen those who are poor in the eyes of the world to be rich in faith and to inherit the kingdom he promised those who love him?
(How about the disciples Jesus chose?)

Job 11:17
He leads rulers away stripped and makes fools of judges.
(All about men leaning on their own understanding, they don’t need God, pride guides them)

Psalm 14:1
The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, their deeds are vile; there is no one who does good.

Psalm 49:10
For all can see that the wise die, that the foolish and the senseless also perish, leaving their wealth to others.
(This means the wise in their own eyes, leaning on their own understanding, the proud)

Proverbs 1:7
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
(In Gods eyes a fool is anyone who leans on their own understanding and doesn’t need God)

Proverbs 1:32
For the waywardness of the simple will kill them, and the complacency of fools will destroy them.

Proverbs 10:1
Proverbs of Solomon
The proverbs of Solomon: A wise son brings joy to his father, but a foolish son brings grief to his mother.

1 Corinthians 1:19
19 For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wiseand I will thwart the cleverness of the intelligent.”
(There are many examples of leaders and highly intelligent individuals today that think they are wiser then others and lean on their own logic and reasoning and don’t need spiritual wisdom)

Matthew 5:22
22 But I say to you that anyone who is angry with a brother or sister will be subjected to judgment. And whoever insults a brother will be brought before the council, and whoever says ‘Fool’ will be sent to fiery hell.
(Extremely dangerous)

Matthew 13:19
When anyone hears the word of the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what has been sown in his heart. This is the one on whom seed was sown beside the road.
(We cannot attempt to believe we comprehend the scriptures correctly with our own mind, if we do we are a fool. That is why there are hundreds of versions of the Bible and commentaries. We think we are smarter and wiser than others, God laughs)

Isaiah 1:16-17
Wash and make yourselves clean. Take your evil deeds out of my sight; stop doing wrong. Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed. Take up the cause of the fatherless; plead the case of the widow.
(We must stay tuned up, we must not rust, we must clean ourselves)

Proverbs 26:12
Do you see a man wise in his own eyes? There is more hope for a fool than for him.

James 1:26
If someone thinks he is religious yet does not bridle his tongue, and so deceives his heart, his religion is futile.

Proverbs 21:23
The one who guards his mouth and his tongue keeps his life from troubles.

Psalm 12:3
May the Lord cut off all flattering lips, and the tongue that boasts.

Romans 11:32
32 For God has consigned all people to disobedience so that he may show mercy to them all.

Do Not Reject God’s Warning
14 Pursue peace with everyone, and holiness, for without it no one will see the Lord15 See to it that no one comes short of the grace of God, that no one be like a bitter root springing up and causing trouble, and through it many become defiled.

James 1:26
26 If anyone thinks himself to be religious, yet does not bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this person’s religion is worthless.

James 2:26
For just as the body without the spirit is dead, so also faith without works is dead.

1 Corinthians 13:13
But now faith, hope, love, abide these three; but the greatest of these is love.

Revelation 4:11
11 “Worthy are You, our Lord and our God, to receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and because of Your will they existed, and were created.”

2 John 1
Walk According to His Commandments
The elder to the chosen lady and her children, whom I love in truth; and not only I, but also all who know the truth, for the sake of the truth which abides in us and will be with us forever: Grace, mercy and peace will be with us, from God the Father and from Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love.
I was very glad to find some of your children walking in truth, just as we have received commandment to do from the Father. Now I ask you, lady, not as though I werewriting to you a new commandment, but the one which we have had from the beginning, that we love one another. And this is love, that we walk according to His commandments. This is the commandment, just as you have heard from the beginning, that you should walk in it.
For many deceivers have gone out into the world, those who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh. This is the deceiver and the antichristWatch yourselves, that you do not lose what we have accomplished, but that you may receive a full reward. Anyone who goes too far and does not abide in the teaching of Christdoes not have God; the one who abides in the teaching, he has both the Father and the Son10 If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not receive him into your house, and do not give him a greeting11 for the one who gives him a greeting participates in his evil deeds.
12 Though I have many things to write to you, I do not want to do so with paper and ink; but I hope to come to you and speak face to face, so that your joy may be made full.
13 The children of your chosen sister greet you.

Job 22:25-28
25
Then the Almighty will be your gold
And choice silver to you.
26
“For then you will delight in the Almighty
And lift up your face to God.
27
“You will pray to Him, and He will hear you;
And you will pay your vows.
28
“You will also decree a thing, and it will be established for you;
And light will shine on your ways.

Psalm 103
Praise for the Lord’s Mercies.

1

Bless the Lord, O my soul,
And all that is within me, bless His holy name.
Bless the Lord, O my soul,
And forget none of His benefits;
Who pardons all your iniquities,
Who heals all your diseases;
Who redeems your life from the pit,
Who crowns you with lovingkindness and compassion;
Who satisfies your years with good things,
So that your youth is renewed like the eagle.
The Lord performs righteous deeds
And judgments for all who are oppressed.
He made known His ways to Moses,
His acts to the sons of Israel.
The Lord is compassionate and gracious,
Slow to anger and abounding in lovingkindness.
He will not always strive with us,
Nor will He keep His anger forever.
10
He has not dealt with us according to our sins,
Nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
11
For as high as the heavens are above the earth,
So great is His lovingkindness toward those who fear Him.
12
As far as the east is from the west,
So far has He removed our transgressions from us.
13
Just as a father has compassion on his children,
So the Lord has compassion on those who fear Him.
14
For He Himself knows our frame;
He is mindful that we are but dust.
15
As for man, his days are like grass;
As a flower of the field, so he flourishes.
16
When the wind has passed over it, it is no more,
And its place acknowledges it no longer.
17
But the lovingkindness of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him,
And His righteousness to children’s children,
18
To those who keep His covenant
And remember His precepts to do them.
19
The Lord has established His throne in the heavens,
And His sovereignty rules over all.
20
Bless the Lord, you His angels,
Mighty in strength, who perform His word,
Obeying the voice of His word!
21
Bless the Lord, all you His hosts,
You who serve Him, doing His will.
22
Bless the Lord, all you works of His,
In all places of His dominion;
Bless the Lord, O my soul!

1 Corinthians 1:20
Where is the wise man? Where is the scribe? Where is the debater of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world?

Malachi 2:10
Have we not all one father? hath not one God created us? why do we deal treacherously every man against his brother, by profaning the covenant of our fathers?

Mathew 20:28
For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.”

Isaiah 40:28-31
28 Do you not know?
Have you not heard?
The Lord is an eternal God,
the Creator of the whole earth.
He does not get tired or weary;
there is no limit to his wisdom.
(His wisdom and intelligence is infinite, our fleshy wisdom and intelligence is limited)

1 Peter 5:6-7
Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you at the proper time, 7 casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you.

1 John 4:8
Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love.
(This means we are to love all others! Not just the ones who are nice to us)

1 Chronicles 16:11
Seek the Lord and his strength; seek his presence continually!
(We must continually stay focused on Jesus otherwise temptations and the tempter will take over)

James 4:17
So whoever knows what is good to do and does not do it is guilty of sin.
(If we don’t do good then we are doing bad)

1 Corinthians 8:12
If you sin against your brothers or sisters in this way and wound their weak conscience, you sin against Christ.
(Then we are attacking Gods creation which is extremely dangerous)

Matthew 18:6
“But if anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a huge millstone hung around his neck and to be drowned in the open sea.
(Extremely dangerous, this means anyone, not just little ones)
